10 July 2013 My Salary income is 350000 and my LIC Insurance Commission is 107000/- (TDS Certificate Recd) Please advise which ITR we need to fill.

10 July 2013 Since ur TDS have been deduced u/s194H in my view u need to file ITR4

10 July 2013 1)ITR4 IS APPLICABLE , AS COMMISSION INCOME IS BUSINESS INCOME

2)it is not mandatory to maintain books of accounts if income from commission is less than 1,20,000 as per section 44AA.

3)In case he is not maintaining books of account – he may fill in item 51 of Part-A P&L in ITR-4.

4)Your salary details can be disclosed in sheet name " PART B-TI-TTI-SAL" sheet.

5)Code applicable 0301.As per instructions to ITR4.
