Which itr form to file

Sir,
I am a salaried person and taxes are deducted under section 192. But for this i got a commission of Rs 6250 from a finance company for which they directly deducted tax of 10% under section 194H and the same has been submitted to my PAN account. In Form 26AS both the tax submissions are been shown i.e under section 192 & 194H. So kindly guide me which ITR form i have to file.

I think ITR-1(Sahaj) is sufficient and the commission received offer as Other Income.

thanx for reply...but commission is deducted under different section where tax deduction % is different...does itr-1 suffice...

Yes, It also sufficient no problem regarding it. Because you are salaried employee so earning of commission is not your business activity and main activity. Your main activity is Salary. So Itr-1 is sufficient.
