Which itr form to file

05 July 2012 Sir,

I am a salaried person and taxes are deducted under section 192. But for this i got a commission of Rs 6250 from a finance company for which they directly deducted tax of 10% under section 194H and the same has been submitted to my PAN account. In Form 26AS both the tax submissions are been shown i.e under section 192 & 194H. So kindly guide me which ITR form i have to file.

05 July 2012 I think ITR-1(Sahaj) is sufficient and the commission received offer as Other Income.

05 July 2012 thanx for reply...but commission is deducted under different section where tax deduction % is different...does itr-1 suffice...

05 July 2012 Yes, It also sufficient no problem regarding it. Because you are salaried employee so earning of commission is not your business activity and main activity. Your main activity is Salary. So Itr-1 is sufficient.
