Which date will be considered for commencement of articles?

16 July 2015 on 18-03-2015 i registered as audit clerk., i sent form 113.,still registration is pending because some documents has to be submitted.// and on 26/04/2015 article vacany came and filled everything except franking and form 103 is pending for submission., as my audit registration is pending., if i submit the form 103 now., can get registration of articles from 27/04/2015 while the franking is done on 17/07/2015..,, pls clarify me., in this regards

16 July 2015 Franking is 17/07/2015. You can NOT date back the agreement...that is the BASIC rule.

Since from your query, it sounds GENUINE, ask ICAI to condone the delay in submission of form as well as franking and request for earlier date.
