Which attempt will i be eligible for?

08 December 2015 I appeared in May 2015 exams, but have not submitted the Certificate of Service of being in the last 6 months of training. ICAI gave the result (I didn't cleared in that attempt).
Now my principal has extended my articleship for 1.5 years as i didn't wanted to serve the remaining period under him & i will be completing my excess period in Jan 17.
I wanted to ask that what happens to my May 15 attempt?

icai letter dates of your registration and letter of extention by ICAI....

1.5 years is something very difficult to digest

08 December 2015 i served from 26th october 2012 to 25th october 2015 (i:e 3years), but due to some unavoidable reasons, i was unable to work for 13 months. My principal filled 541 days leave in Form 108.
I got a mail from ICAI regarding service of the excess leave period (i:e 1.5 years approx) that i should get registered for the same period.
My question is since i haven't submitted the certificate of service for May 2015 attempt, what should i do now?
Is that going to affect any further attempt?

08 December 2015 No. It won't.

(By the way, just out of curiosity, how 13 months - 541 days leave....)

08 December 2015 actually i wanted to say that after deduction of eligible leaves, the remaining period of extension is somewhere around 13 months (deducting eligible leaves from 541 days).

08 December 2015 No no....you said you are in last 6 months of articleship. (In fact that is why ICAI allowed you to appear for May 2015 attempt. And suddenly in Oct 2015, you come across with 541 days... sound dicy...
