I am curious about dealing in second hand materials. I want to know whether VAT is applicable on purchase and sale of second hand material. Please advise.

When you are trading materials or goods, VAT will be applicable even 2nd hand also. only benefit you can take input on vat paid on purchases

Yes I agree with the expert but if you are registered dealer the you can take adjustment of VAT already paid
