Whether to intimate icai about b.com and ca persuing together?

dear sir / mam,
I have given exam for IPCC as well as b.com(P) 2nd year (SOL) this year. Now I am going to start article ship. But in the form for article ship, there is a space where student has to provide information whether he/she is enrolled for other courses.
In past, I haven't informed ICAI about b.com and haven't filled form no. 112.
anybody please guide me about this matter?
Is there any panelty or invalidation of course/degree for non- intimation to icai?

At the time of starting the articleship, you need to inform ICAI about any other course undertaken by you along with articleship.
So inform ICAI through form 112 to be filled along with the articleship deed.
