We have provided service to the backword classes of government organisation pf laying cables under or alongside road , whether this service is taxable or exempt under any notification.

cable lying is taxable service,
if the service receipent has obtained any exemption for such job, ( may be under ADB or foreign funding for deemed exports) then they will handover the exemption copy alongwith the contract for non levy of service tax,
in absence of above its taxable service and service tax is payable.
