31 October 2013 Anyone can tell me that if expenses incurred by medical representative in pharma company on account of teaveling, outside dearness allowance, internet charges & other expenses which is reimburse by company whether it is part of salary or such exp. Book on respective heads. Thanx

31 October 2013 no. such expenses shall be reimbursements. travel expense may be charged to conveyance, internet charges to relevant account you may have maintained in your books.

Nevertheless, in no case it is to be charged to salary account.
