whether a Cost Accountant and a Chartered Accountant together can hold a Partnership firm?
Whether a Cost Accountant can hold finance audit & sign the finance audit report?

A CA & CMA can form a LLP. But CMA can not sign on Statutory Audit report and CA can not sign on Cost Audit Report.
