When my articleship has begun

08 October 2014 I hav started my articleship on 4th sept. but i have purchased bond paper on 25th sept. and i have filed form on 4th oct. So, i'm confused on which date my articleship has begun. I have written 4th sept. date in while filling up form. Plz guide me.
