23 November 2014 Goods are to be considered as sold when the property in the goods transfers from Seller to Buyer as per the terms of the contract.

The next issue is what is the time when the Property in goods gets transferred. This is governed by Sale of Goods Act which specifies different timings for transfer of property in different scenarios. Apart from the Act, there are also commercial practices which govern the time regarding transfer of title.
