I clear my C.A.Final Ist Group in 1992 and Cleared my IInd group in 2011 what other formality to be complied to get passing certificate and COP and Membership Number

Fill up form No. 2 send the same to the ICAI along with the required fee and wait till it is approved. After approval you will get COP
