What name should i use while signing?

26 March 2015 I have obtained COP from ICAI but it has my full name (Including middle name) Do I now have to mention my full name every time I have to attest something or sign tax audits?? Or can I just write My first and Last name along with Membership number? Is it possible to shorten or omit my middle name?

I gave my full name in form 2 because that was given for student registration when applying for CA course.
