Can any body tell me what is the good salary structure of an employee getting Rs 1 lac per month in hand and what are the tax benefits provide to the employee.

29 September 2015 80 C has different different options to suit the apetite of the investor.
LIC, PF, Voluntary PF, PPF, NSC, Housing loan repayment and so on

29 September 2015 But we can take deduction of Rs 150000/-in 80-C. Apart from 80-C what we can suggest them to invest for not for tax deduction.
