12 January 2014 I HAVE SENT GOODS TO A CONSUMER FROM KOLKATA TO BHUBNESWAR. WHICH FORM WILL HE GIVE ME FORM C OR FORM F. FORM C & FORM F ARE GIVEN FOR WHICH SALES .PLEASE EXPLAIN IN DETAILS BY GIVING EXAMPLES

13 January 2014 i) Form C is issued by a purchaser to a seller situated out side the state to avail concessional rate of tax ie, 2%.

ii) F Form is issued by the branch office/consignment agent receiving goods as branch/stock transfer to its head office/principal who is sending the goods by way of stock/ branch transfer.
