what is deference between form 16A and 16B

Form 16A is a TDS Certificate certifying the amount of TDS deducted, Nature of Payments & the TDS Payments deposited with the Income Tax Department other then TDS on Salary and TDS on Immovable Property. For TDS on Salary Form 16 is issued.
Form 16B is the TDS certificate to be issued by the deductor (purchaser/buyer of immovable property) to the deductee (Seller of immovable property) in respect of the taxes deducted on the sale of immovable property and deposited into the Government Account u/s 194IA.
