my company has 6 branches and the turnover of each branch constitute

dear mayank,
assigning weights is a subjective task...it can be based on profitability ratio, capital invested etc etc.
once you determine the weights...multiply each branch's turnover with its weight...add up product and divide the same by total sum of weights..
