there is one very simple way of doing so:

go to this link : https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=31

search for the company's CIN...click the submit button...a new page shall open providing constitution details of the company.

On bottom, there is a link for Charges registered..here you will get to know all the charges created on the company...since the most of the loans given to company's are backed by some charge over the assets of the company, you would get a good idea from here
