we are contractee not contractor,

15 January 2011 As a contractee why you want to file WCT return?

15 January 2011 Because WCT is like TDS, When we are deducting & Depositing WCT to deptt. on behalf of Contractor then return responsibility also our.

I think in case of WCT both Contractee & Controctor liable to submit the retrun.
