i would like to ask about applicapability of WCT. 1.What is amount for deduction of WCT ? 2.What r implications for deductor if contractor present seprate bill regarding supply of material & labour respectively under one contract or vice versa? 3.what r implications if composite bill is presented by contractor?
Plz discuss the above in relation to Haryana state...
