One of our Clint repaired building and spent over 20.00 lac. through a contractor and he deduct TDS only.My queries is that WCT would be also deductible. what is the procedure and rule of works contract tax (Delhi). Please reply.

06 May 2011 WCT falls under VAT. read respective state vat Act. generally it is 2% wct need to dedected on payment made to contractor.
