After AO demand of Rs.50000/- an appeal has been made and during the appeal the demand was confirm, should the assessee has to pay the interest on demand from the date of AO order?

IF THE DEMAND IS FIXED AND ACCEPTED BY ASSESSEE.THE OFFICER DECISION IS FINAL IN THAT CASE WHETHER THE INTEREST IS APPLY OF SUCH DEMAND OR CLOSE THE DEMAND BY RECEIVING THE CHALLAN OF 50000/-.BUT IF THE AO ORDER IS PASS & APPEAL IS NOT IN TIME THEN THE OFFICER WILL ADVICE U TO PAY THE DEMAND WITH INTEREST.OFFICERS DECISION IS FINAL AS PER MY IMPRESSION
