We are registered in Maharashtra, want to take warehouse in delhi to keep tax free goods for resale. Sale Tax Registration in delhi is required or not.

Sales tax registration is required for all place godown whether Registered within State or outside state. Within state you can add additional place , out side state you have to Register the VAT Registration . You have to take Registration in Delhi
