Want to know tan number of my employer

25 February 2018 Sir, i want to kow my employer TAN NUMBER to get my form 16 as my employer refuse to give me form 16 and TAN NUMBER. My employer is PRATAAP SNACKS LTD. H/O IN INDORE (M.P). I'm doing my job as HR Executive in Guwahati Branch in Assam.my personal email id is hridaybrp@gmail.com

25 February 2018 Try in TAN search, select type of assessee as Pvt Ltd, type State of registeration, type company name,

If TDS Deducted on salary.same will reflect in 26AS, you can check same through Net Banking, you will come to know TDS Deducted if any, For Taxable salary you have to obtain Part B which you have to obtain from HR department. As you mentioned you are HR executive, you will be knowing Part-B tax calculation and TDS Deduction on monthly salary.

26 February 2018 In case the company deducted any TDS on Your salary then You can find the TAN number in Your Form 26AS... Also you can see your Form 16. Otherwise no way for find out the TAN...
