Want to change the details in challan

11 August 2011 I made two mistakes in the challan paid to income tax in assessment year 2008-09. IT department has rectified the mistakes and now they asked me to update the challan through Bank in OLTAS database. I got the challan from ICICI bank and now, which ICICI branch should I approach to get the challan updated in OLTAS. Can somebody help me to get proper direction to update the challan ?
