Hello Members,
I have a client who recently got VRS from a Semi Govt Org.
So Now my query is whether he can claim both exemptions of Rs 5 lacs in section 10 clause c and Relief u/s 89
If yes how can we calculate Relief u/s 89.

As per proviso to Section 89, Relief is not available in the cases like VRS.
