01 June 2016 if students wants to join GMCS-1 during the article ship period and CA (principal) needs to give NOC regarding this?
if yes then send me format for the same.

01 June 2016 No any format as such. Just take a one liner letter in favour of the GMCS conductors.
I have no objection of whatsoever nature for xxxxxxxxx to attend GMCS -1 to be held at xxxxxxx

01 June 2016 Anmol Sir, Can you help me out if Indian person receive share from foreign company as a incentive under incentive stock option then what will be tax treatment. he is working in india as foreign company have branch/office in india.

i red many articles regarding this would like to know your valuable inputs

advantage and disadvantage of this option

01 June 2016 it is very much taxable in India with the presumption that since the person is working in India is resident and ordinarily resident as per Indian Income Tax
