09 August 2014 hello. I got 184 marks in 1st group. .. I require 16 marks in aggregate. . I have 40 mark in fr n 42 in sfm... While 55 in audit n 47 in law... marks in fr n sfm are very less than the expectation. ... I m not satisfied with it.. is there any option to increase this?? please help me....

09 August 2014 This is all about valuation system of ICAI. I do not think there is much hope if you go for revaluation. But at the same time there is no harm in trying.

Procedure for Revaluation of CA Final Marks

Hi,

As per my opinion ICAI never allows the re-valuation of answer sheets. As per earlier ICAI notifies re-totaling of answer sheets and the fee for re-totaling of answer sheets got revised as Rs.100/- per paper and a maximum of Rs.400/- effective from may 2008 declaration of results.

PROCEDURE
There is No Standard Procedure/ Application Form for applying for Revaluation of Marks of CA Final. A simple Hand written application should be submitted to the Institute in the Candidate’s Own Handwriting indicating

Write an application by hand giving detail w.r.t. your, address, Registration Number, Roll Number, Attempted Group, papers desired to be revalued and attach the required fees by way of postal order favour of Secretary, ICAI. Result will be out in max of 30 days. Chances are low but you can’t say.

Application Revaluation should be in candidate’s own handwriting in Hindi language if the medium of examination was Hindi else in English language duly signed with requisite fee by way of DD. Application should be submitted within 1 month of the date of declaration of Results.

Fees for Revaluation of Marks
Fee for Revaluation of Marks for IPCC and Final is Rs. 100/- per paper subject to a maximum of Rs. 400/- for all the papers of a group/ both groups. Demand Draft should be made in favour of “The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” and payable at New Delhi.

better to forget all this and start study from fresh... work hard where u got low marks.. u are very near.. you wil rock soon

but i suggest u chance lo retotal appli fill karke bhul jana...

dont keep in mind that u can clear through recheck and all

else it will b tough to study again......
