1. WE ARE FABRIC WASHING [JOB WORK] COMPANY. WE ARE PUR. FROM FIREWOOD FOR WASHING PURPOSE. BUT, PUR. NO BILL ONLY FOR VCR HOW IS A/C THIS & THAT VALUE MONTHLY Rs.50 TO 60 THOUSANDS.

2. WE ARE WEEKLY WAGES PAID TO LABOURS. THIS CHARGES CAN PAID RCM OR NOT.

2 RCM not applicable on such wages paid.

20 November 2017 we are from registered dealers. Our company pf & esi staffs is only 25 nos. Bal. 50 nos not deducted for pf & esi only wages paid for weekly. This charges rcm applicable or not. its applicable what is rate of tax%.

wages vcr we are a/c for below Rs.10000/- approx. with stamp & sign. It is OK or How it is a/c vcr.

our company senior staff one left in our company. He is working 30 years & paid for settlement amount Rs.3 lacks in chq. How is that entry a/c & This value we are payable for gst tax??? and this value can we possible for IT claim???

20 November 2017 1 RCM not applicable for weekly wages paid.
2 With stamp and sign it is ok.
3 GST not applicable on the payment. Income tax allows such payment.
