I HAVE REGISTERED OFFICE AT AHMEDABAD. I HAVE ALSO TAKEN VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER.I WANT TO OPEN MY BRANCH OFFICE AT DELHI. MY QUERY IS THAT WHETHER I NEED TO TAKE ANOTHER VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER FOR DELHI BRANCH?

no not need to applied for another VAT no.but u have to applied to coomissioner of ahmedabad state.

THANX BUT IF I ALSO CARIED TRASACTION OF SALES AND PURCHASE AT DELHI BRANCH ALSO THEN IT IS NECESSARY FOR ME TO TAKE ANOTHER REGISTRATION NUMBER?

u need not applied for another registation no.but u have to applied to commi. of ahmedabad in form no.101B for additional place of bussi. out side gujarat.
