PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHETHER THE CONTRACTORS UNDER REGULAR SHEME (INPUT TAX CREDIT)CAN TAKE CREDIT OF VAT PAID ON PURCHASE ON CAPITAL GOODS USED FOR CONSTRUCTION??
