I am purshase Some computers from one dealer and he add Vat + service tax in my bill. Is it correct or not. And if it is correct then tell me the hole method with section

service tax charges on services and vat charged on value of goods.
in case of computer : generally dealer charged VAT on value of hardware & software supplied (assembled computer) and charged service tax on assembling charges.
