Vat on sale of used cars to employees

We are a service Industry in Haryana. We need to dispose of old cars registered in Haryana to our employees in Haryana. Is VAT applicable on such sale in Haryana

if you are having VAT TIN of Haryana, then you need to charge VAT in such a second sale. Else not required.

Thanks for Quick reply. Being a service industry we are not registered under VAT. Value of sale of second hand 3 cars is 17.55 lacs. Do we need to get registered under VAT ?? just for sale of second hand cars??

No, not required. You are not crossing the registration limit....because car sale is NOT your regular business
