Dear All,
Please guide me regarding the applicability of APVAT on sale of fixed assets such as Air conditioners, Computers etc. Also please inform whether such sale would cover under Scrap sale?

NO VAT IS NOT CHARGED ON SALE OF FIXED ASSETS..PROFIT OR LOSS ON SALE OF FIXED ASSETS CAN BE SHOWN IN P&L ACCOUNT
