Dear All,
Can someone tell me that If i am selling a particulat product to a customer who does not have TIN.
What rate of vat will be charged?
Actually I want to know that if a person does not have TIN, will we charge higher VAT Rate amount to him or at normal rate as applicable.

Dear MR Aggarwal,
In VAT System if sale made to person other then Reg.Dealer is known as sale to Unreg.dealer it means that you can issue a cash bill for sale(Tax as per goods category) Their is no issue for higher or lower tax rate.because in vat tax rate fixed on type of goods not on type of dealer.
