sir I have my brach on rajkot n my HO is at Mumbai I want to know if I transfer my stock of jewellery to my branch is vat applicable I have gold business....pls advice vat in mum is 1.1% & in guj it is 1%

No vat is payable on branch transfer.
You have to make transfer against prescribed Form-F for branch transfer from Maha to Guj.
