Vat input time limit

17 June 2013 Please clarify me is there any time limit for claiming vat input against output vat payable.If there is any limit please mention it and whether it varies from state to state.It it is vat are provisions in andhra pradesh regarding time limit for claiming vat input.

In my opinion in general any state VAT Act you take there is no time limit for claiming VAT input against output VAT payable.
