Is it possible to charge cst and vat in a single invoice. what will be accounting and taxation treatment thereon??

no as per rule its not in practice.

Agree with expert.
Vat is for sale within state and CST is for sale to other state, How you can show two sale in one invoice. Moreover for selling with VAT u need to prepare TAX invoice so that your buyer can take input credit on that.
