30 March 2014 Can a company avail vat credit on LPG used in their mfg process & canteen, both?

31 March 2014 for use of canteen, ITC on LPG is not allowed, since ITC available on inputs only.

Thank you for your response. Sir, what about LPG used in mfg process? whether vat credit available or not?

31 March 2014 yes, LPG used for manufacturing process is input.
but normally ITC available after 4% reduction on fuel, so u should check it in ur state VAT act.
