whether vat credit can be taken on indirect material purchase? wht is the eligibility procedure and wht is the % of eligibility? Plz reply immedieatly

Sir, I want to know the input tax credit of VAT on purchase of consumbales and stationery items. Is it 50% on the year of receipt and the balance on subsequent years?
