    Dear Sanjeev, My co. has an supply order to deliver few laptops which needs to be imported. I'm am buying those laptops and making payment to the US based company. when i supply those laptops with a few software installations what taxes (vat / st) should i collect from my client. 1. Am I exempt from VAT as its a supply order and not a resale? 2. how can i get refund of the additional custom duty? 3. Do I mention separate heads of hardware and software in the invoice?
