'C' form against OMS sales

28 June 2008 Dear Experts,

My senior is said, if tax rate is below 3% then no 'C' form is required against OMS sales w.e.f. 01/04/2007.So please let me know whether this is confirm news,if yes then send me circular in my emil id.

01 July 2008 C form for cencessional tax rate benefit if Local rate of tax is already below @3% w.e.f. 1st June08 its @2% no need to made a transaction against C Form. your boss is correct.
