Dear Sir,
I m working with mfg company, who is constructing new office building.
1. can we take credit of VAT on TMT bar, Cement etc.
2. can we utilize this credit for clearance of finished goods.

No you can not take credit of VAT on TMT bar, Cement and other building material as per Rule 54 (g) of MVAT ACT 2002 of Maharashtra.
You can not utilize this credit for clearence of finished goods.
