Hi Friends,
Valuation of Equity shares as per Regulation 76(2) of SEBI ICDR Regulations is less than Face Value of the Equity Shares for preferential issue. Whether share can be issued on the price less than face vale.

No, Price will be derived as per Regulation 76 and the auditor will issue a certificate (pricing certificate) that shares shall not be less that the price arrived @ ......
In case of listed company you can not issue shares @ less than face value.
