Form 15CB has been obtained from CA dated 09.11.2012 and proposed date of Remittance is 11.11.2012 as per form 15CB.
Form 15CA also filed dated 09.11.2012.
However still neither expenses is booked nor foreign remittance is made still.
Now my question is now we are being to made foreign remittance, Whether form 15CA and CB is valid or we need to obtained new certificate of Form 15CB.

as far as i am concerned., there is no time limit for the validity of the certificate and can be used at any time

File fresh 15CA at the time of actual remittance.
15CB will holds good as long as the amount, TDS, Vendor and other particulars mentioned in the certificate of CA are same.
