Our two plant machine shop used cutting oil approx 420 liters to be disposed to licensed holder party.
How can we sale this material can we make delivery challan?
Party is charging service tax as a disposal fee.
Our invoice is required or on DC - whatever charges we put on invoice party is not giving.
Pl give guideline on same.

It can be treated as Scraps, but if no value, then no excise duty shall be applicable as the material cannot be further used.
