Used and waste cutting oil for deposal

17 June 2015 Our two plant machine shop used cutting oil approx 420 liters to be disposed to licensed holder party.
How can we sale this material can we make delivery challan?
Party is charging service tax as a disposal fee.

Our invoice is required or on DC - whatever charges we put on invoice party is not giving.
Pl give guideline on same.
