Please let me know what of uses of cancel cheques? We have to submitted physical cancel cheques?

But I want to ask from point of view a company. We have to maintain record of cancel cheques and cheque which were issued to party and not clear after expiry 3 months too. Does physical copy of those cheques have to submitted or detail is given to authorized department?

25 June 2015 No details to b submitted to any department, But u must have to maintain records of all the cheques.Coz, it will also help u to maintain all records and u may have also to show the Bank at the time of request of new check book.
