27 December 2014 My source of income is only salary in the AY 2013-14 My employer deduct tds of rs 47000 (approx) And the same amount is shown in AS26 When i file my e return in ITR1 Igot intimation u/s143(1) In which a demand of rs 57000(approx) Is raised by the department which is wrong as per department tds shown as NIL in the intimation u/s 143(1) Which is wrongh because in As 26 TDS is 47000 Shown.
again i filed a rectification request For the above error and today i get a intimation U/S 154 In which nothing is change and again a demand of rs 57000 Including intrest is shown.
what can i do right now???

27 December 2014 Are u sure you have done rectification 154 properly,

if it is done properly demand may be come to nil.

See intimation 143 and find out reasons for demand and do rectification 154 again.

Better if you contact a professional so that he will take care of your demand after verifying your intimation 143 and verifying your 26AS and other details as necessary.

Rectification 154 is the only solution if tds credit properly shown in 26AS

27 December 2014 If you are disagree with Demand Notice, you can simply lo-gin on Income Tax website go with My Pending Action and write down your comments regarding Incorrect demand.
