while filing income tax return, global income is taxable. I have recd US salary for 3 mnths and filed income tax return there. they have deducted Federal income tax, State income tax, Social security tax and Medicare tax. while claiming relief u/s 90 what all taxes shall i consider?

Federal Income tax is considered unless specifically stated in US DTAA.
incometaxindia.gov.in gives various DTAA (Double taxation avoidance agreement). You may go through the same.

But State tax is also Income tax,

India-US DTAA covers only federal taxes. section 90 shall be relevant in this case.
