26 December 2013 can incometax department get the imformation about the transactions made in the bank current a/c and loan taken as in case of saving a/c? if so, then how it get it?

26 December 2013 yes. It can through annual information report. Also, it can direct the banks to provides detail regarding any particular assessee under section 133
